Exhibiting at a trade show provides a wealth of benefits for your business. Before the show

Set yourself measurable objectives. Your objectives for the show should be specific and realistic. Let your customers know you will there. Use all opportunities in your day to day communication with potential and existing clients to promote your attendance, including at the bottom of letters and in your ‘sign-off’ on emails.

During the Event

Make sure everyone on the stand has a means of tracking leads and recording important information about potential and existing clients. Remind staff to turn off mobile phones and not to eat on the stand.

Visit the Press Office to tell them what you are doing on your stand and as a company. Make sure your company literature is available in the Press Office.

After the Event

The first step is to follow up your leads from the show. There are also many promotional opportunities available to you after the show itself. You could buy a mailing list of the show visitors from the show organisers and send them a letter with more information about your company and what you offer. Stands for the next event will typically be available on a first come-first served basis. If you want to exhibit at the next exhibition, visit the show sales office to book your space as quickly as possible to secure the best position.

The only official and authorized Freight Forwarder is “DHL Global Forwarding A.S”. Only DHL is allowed to provide Crane, Forklift , Cherrypicker etc. on-site.
